Overview
Cyril was an orphan taken in to the Garreg Mach Monastery by Archbishop Rhea. He takes his duties at the monastery very seriously, and is learning archery under Shamir, one of the Knights of Seiros. He is deeply grateful towards Rhea for saving his life.

Recruitment
Cyril can be recruited once the protagonist reaches level 10. The player must choose the "Recruit" option when talking to him at the monastery starting from Chapter 5. If the Black Eagles route is chosen, he will join automatically at Chapter 12 should the player ally with the church.
The 20% discount per support level is also applied to the level recruitment condition. See the Recruitment Guide for more information.
