Foreign Land and Sky
The war in Fódlan has put Brigid in a precarious position. With Bernadetta in tow, Petra returns to her homeland in hopes of avoiding a confrontation with her grandfather.
Relevant Units and Availability
Petra and Bernadetta must both be recruited and alive. Petra, Bernadetta, and Byleth are force deployed on this map.
This paralogue is available from Chapter 15 to Chapter 17CF/17SS/18VW/18AM.

Reinforcements
- Upon Bernadetta ending her turn near the right side Stronghold: 3 Fortress Knights (2 on Normal/Hard) spawn around the right side Stronghold.
- For CF, on turn 10, or upon Petra approaching the bottom right corner of the map: Catherine, 2 Snipers, 2 Paladins, 2 Holy Knights, 3 Pegasus Knights spawn around the left and bottom left side of the map. 1 Holy Knight, 3 Paladins, 2 Warriors spawn near the right and bottom right side of the map.
- For non-CF routes, on turn 10, or upon Petra approaching the bottom right corner of the map: Hubert, 2 Snipers, 2 Paladins, 2 Assassins, 3 Pegasus Knights spawn around the left and bottom left side of the map. 1 Assassin, 3 Paladins, 2 Warriors spawn near the right and bottom right side of the map.
- The above sets of reinforcements will also spawn if you rout all enemies before turn 10 and without Petra approaching the bottom right. After they spawn, another defeat condition is added where an enemy commander reaches the target location.
- Two turns after seizing the left side Stronghold: (NPC) 2 Fortress Knights, (NPC) 1 Bishop spawn near the left side Stronghold.

Notes
- The game baits you into thinking this map can be finished by rushing Petra to a target destination, but you actually have to rout the enemy regardless.
- The defeat condition changes when Petra approaches the bottom right area of the map, or at turn 10.
- The reinforcement commanders will prioritize reaching the target location.
- The story differs depending on which route you are playing. This is because Brigid is a neutral party during the war, and depending on route, Edelgard (SS/AM/VW) or the Church (CF) are threatening Brigid to join their side.
- The enemies also differ depending on route. Hubert leads the reinforcements on SS/AM/VW, Catherine leads the reinforcements on CF. The Hubert reinforcements has Assassins, whereas the Catherine reinforcements have Holy Knights.
