Bow Hit Rate Penalty
Bows start losing hit rate the further away you attack from. For every tile further than 2 tiles away, you will lose 20 displayed hit. In Maddening mode only, the first penalty (occuring if you were to attack from 3 tiles away) is increased to 30 displayed hit. This penalty will keep stacking up to a maximum distance of 5 tiles away. Abilities such as Bowrange +2, as well as combat arts such as Deadeye can trigger this penalty.
